So we went to Utah to visit the Grandparents plus. Marissa had lots of fun and so did the grandparents.
This is a picture of four generations of Spencers. Marissa was ready to go buy the time I thought to take the picture. So she has a sour face.
When we got there and it snowed every day for about 4 days straight. Here is a picture of what Matt's parent's house looked like. It was very different from Texas. We went out for a walk one day but it didn't last too long. It's COLD!
Don't worry Grandma bought Marissa a sleeping bag to wear so she could stay warm. lol.
We even got to go down to Provo to visit Marissa's only cousins. :) They had some cool trains. Helaman was really good at setting them up. Carina was good at telling him what to do. Marissa just liked it when the trains went around. It was great.
We also made it to our Alma Matter- BYU. Marissa was so excited she fell asleep. The point of taking it here was to have the Cougar in the background(see below). But, I guess the lady that offered to take our picture didn't understand that.
The trip was good. Grandparents make the best babysitters! Matt and I got to share the responsibility and the Grandparents got to play with their first grandbaby.
Marissa loves to kick so Grandpa put bells on her.
Marissa and the Grandparents had so much fun together. Now that Marissa is home I am not sure she remembers how to play by herself. I'll have to teach her.

It was sure fun to see you guys, and especially Marissa. Hope you have adjusted back to the warmer weather.
