Home

We are getting settled into our home.  Matt has to remind me of all the things we have done and not at all the things we still need to do.  It helps me.
This is the new to us crib we bought.  He sleeps well in it. This pictures is the first time he slept in his new crib.  I'm so happy to have him in is own room and not mine!

We are still working on decor for Marissa's room So far we have a stripe and some Care Bear art.  But it's painted and clean so we love it!
Here is the master bath.  It is nice a big.  I enjoy it when ever the kids will let me have a moment to myself.
Now don't judge the messiness of the closet.  Just appreciate the 3 tears of hanging room.

Here is the LARGE kitchen. Again, don't pay attention to the mess.

AND here are some cute pictures of the kids!

Anson loves this little swing. I got it at a garage sale around the corner from our house.  I couldn't fit it in my car so Matt walked it home.

This is Anson's cute outfit last week for church. He is getting so big!
This is Marissa today.  If ever I get stressed dealing with the house she starts acting silly and reminds me what is important.
And this is the only reason I can blog right now.  They both fell asleep on the way home from church.
We love our "New house," as Marissa calls it.
The other day Matt came in and Marissa says
"you're cute Dad!"
She loves her Daddy

This morning Marissa was singing away:
"Give says the Mommy Mom"

That sound about right.

On the Move

Most of you know Matt and I bought our first house last month.  It has been an adventure!  Looking back I realized that this is the first time I have moved with kids.   I can't believe people move all the time with kids.

Here are some moving day highlights:
This is where I moved from. . .
People kept driving by asking if there was a garage sale.

 We had lots of help
The things we do for our kids...toys.
Our brokerage company arranged for pizza on moving day. It was perfect.
The kids enjoyed the fruits of our labor.

Marissa even attempted a nap in her new room.

and what about Anson?

Well, this is what he did most of the time.
The actual move was not that bad because of all the help we got.  We are still working on so many little projects.  But, like I said before: No landlords!
