We went to the church Halloween party on Friday. Marissa was a cat. . .well, she was a pink leopard according to the package it came in. I kept trying to get pictures of her crawling but she didn't crawl much. So here is her cheesing it up.
She really likes to throw balls these days so, I brought this one with us. She loves chasing it around. We tried tricker treating but since she can't really say the words and I'm not gonna let her eat much candy we didn't try too hard. But it was fun to see all the costumes and people.
My sister found her costume at a garage sale about a month ago and since it fit we thought it was perfect. Well, it was kinda short but almost.
We got a pumpkin and since we had Marissa dressed as a cat then might as well go with a theme. So this is the pumpkin we (I) did.
It was a lot easier than I remember once I got started. But, I guess the last time I did one was with 20 kindergarteners. So anything is easier these days.
I even found these ears for me. This is right before we left for the party. You might wonder what Matt was . . .he was a soccer player, kind of. Sorry, two out of three is almost perfect.

She looks so small in the cat costume. (Not smaller than other one year olds, but sometimes you forget how small one year olds are.) I like the cat them. Cool!
