We had a good Mother's Day. I think I am spoiled though. With Matt everyday is Mother's Day. He always takes care of me. Even right now I can hear him singing Marissa to sleep.
My parents came to visit for the weekend and my mom had to share her Mother's Day with me. It was fun. I always have fun cooking and when there are people to eat all the better. My mom has given me some of the cookbooks she used when I was a kid. I love baking all these homemade bread, rolls, cookies, and brownies so much it is hard to lose the baby weight. Matt really enjoys it though.
So, we ate and played games like Garcias this weekend. They didn't let me win the games.
I have to say church was really nice though. The third hour during Relief Society they brought in Strawberries and any kind of brownie/bar you could think of. It was very tasty. My Dad said we over did it. ha. I didn't take many pictures but it was a GREAT day and I love being a Mother.

Happy mother's day. The treats sounded good. We got cds, but it is always good to have nice, spirtual cds around the house.
